APPOINTMENT GUARANTEE

To guarantee your appointment time is held exclusively for you, a credit card must be saved to your guest file. Once entered, your information is encrypted in the system, and safe + secure. SAME DAY CANCELLATION

If your appointment is cancelled less than 24-hours prior to the appointment date + time, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.

We’re all human + understand things come up. Our aim is to be understanding of that, especially for our loyal guests.

NO-SHOW

Missed appointments without cancellation may be charged 100% of the service price.

This guideline is for those who often miss appointments + not for those experiencing an extreme circumstance or emergency. We’re in this together.

RUNNING LATE

If you are running late for an appointment by 10 minutes or more, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your service. If your visit cannot be shortened in the time available, the guideline above may apply.
